Appointments are reserved specifically for you and require adequate notice if changes are needed. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full service fee, as that time cannot be rebooked on short notice.

This practice maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that compromises safety, professionalism, or respect. Massage therapy is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent discharge from the practice, with no warnings given.

Clients are responsible for disclosing current health conditions, injuries, medications, or changes in health status at each visit. Consent for treatment may be modified or withdrawn at any time. The therapist reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if treatment is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

I understand that massage therapy is provided for therapeutic purposes only, including stress reduction, relief of muscular tension or spasm, and support of circulation. I acknowledge that the massage therapist does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or perform spinal manipulation. I agree to disclose any relevant health information at each session, understand that I may modify or withdraw consent at any time, and acknowledge that inappropriate or unsafe behavior during a massage will result in immediate termination of services.
